For one of our ongoing projects,we are in the process of designing a piping network for transportation of water as per AWWA M11 and BS 534.The pipeline is internally lined with cement mortar in acccordance with AWWA C 205. Pipeline material is API 5L.Gr.X52 You are requested to kindly provide natural bend radius of following internally lined pipes and elastic bending stress values for both steel pipe and cement mortar lining.
The nominal pipe sizes with lining thickness are as under:

1)1000mm x 7.9 thk, with 9mm Lining thickness (Approx. length 3.1 km)
2)800mm x 7.1 thk, with 9mm Lining thickness (Approx. length 35 km )
3)600mm x 6.35 thk, with 7mm Lining thickness (Approx. length 8km )
2)500mm x 5.6 thk, with7mm Lining thickness (Approx. length 10.5 km )
