The ASME Code won't be much help, since the corrosion allowance is
specifically left up to the vessel designer. The actual overgauge
specified depends on a great many things, notably the actual mix of
materials contained in the vessel and the material of construction. H2S
can go through steel like a knife through hot butter in the proper
concentration. You can probably find some corrosion guidelines for the
expected contents from steel manufacturers. I'd try going to a
manufacturer with a track record in the area (refineries, fuel gas
suppliers or utilities) you're addressing
