I'm curious as to what is needed; one line for a specific product or a piping network of glass-lined pipe. This problem sounds a lot like the issues encountered with vacuum-jacketed piping (as used for liquid hydrogen in my experience). With VJ, you can build everything up to the last spool piece and then custom fab the final bit.

Did you cut the required groove for Victaulic into a glass-lined pipe? I'm afraid my knowledge of glass lining and Victaulic is not the best.
