This severe service application only can be dealt with by a relatively few companies around the world. Suggest you contact Flotech Controls in Sydney 61 2 9949 4888 Ron Rodrigues at rrodrigues@flotechcontrols.com is very knowledgeable on the subject.

Ron used to one of the managers for Valtek in Australia where they manufactured many valves for the North West Shelf projects. He has also marketed CCI,Mannesmann other severe service valves for many years.

The solution isnt going to be cheap but it will work.
