Hi Sajit,
For many sizes, schedules beyond those listed in API 5L are also available. Please refer to a catalogue of good Pipe Manufacturer. You may also like to refer to the 'Blue Book' by Trouvay and Cauvin.
Cheers,
Mahavir

Subject: [PipingDesign] Out of range thickness for API 5L spec pipe
The calculated thickness (per ASME B31.3) for the 1500# class of pipe is outside the range of thickness listed in API 5L for a given size. Even with Gr X60, larger sizes calculate to an out of range thickness. The design pressure is close to the flange rating. Can this pipe with the thickness not in the range be still be specified as API 5L? If not, except by not using a still higher strength grade, is there any other solution?
