Hello Prasad,
It may be possible to make a pipe of any desired thickness, but the
question is does it qualify to be called API 5L specification. The
requirements for PWHT are not defined in API, for instance. The
thickness in T&C or any other mill will list only API 5L or B 36.10
dimensions.
