API 5L/A106 will do fine if you treat the water and provide suitable external corrosion protection. For your length of line, "pre-insulated" line is favoured. Do a search on "insulated pipe" insa pipe" and "insul pipe". Shear strength of the insulation is normally the critical issue for buried pipe. At the temperatures and lengths you mention, the demand, or the heat source, must be quite unusual.
