Dimensions of concentric reducers to ASME B16.9

I am looking for a resource that will give me information on the detailed dimensions of concentric reducers to ASME B16.9

As part of an ASME III NB pipe stress analysis, details of the reducers are needed; specifically the length of the straight section at either end and the cone angle.

This info isn't in the code, does anybody know where I might find it?
