Since it appears to be an ISOGEN issue, you might want to look here: http://www.alias.ltd.uk/isogen.htm

Could the (35:1055), (35:1119),(35:2008),(35:2026), etc, refer to (code line:character/variable)? It's been awhile since I mucked around with code like this.

Otherwise, most of the errors seem to be fairly well explained; invalid or missing data from the main database or too many characters entered by the user for a data field.

Or maybe I just don't know what I'm talking about again.
