here is that questiones:
when we protect internal of steel pipe lines with cement mortar lining it's very
important for any engineer to calculate the value of friction factor or "c"H-W &
you know these values depends on surface roughness.
1-how we can determine the value of these coefficiants for a new in-sith cement
line pipe before hydrolic tests.
2-I read in some books & lectures that the viscous sublayer in turbulant flow
decrease the roughness of surface in fully developed turbulant flow.
how we can calculate the thicknass of viscous sublayer in this condition & is
the thickness of viscous sublayer depends on type of lininwhen we protect
