ARE YOU BEING SERIOUS !??!!?!
When the line is being fabricated as a spool, the fabricator doesnt know
that the line is necessarily running NW (Very probably using spooling
drawings). The bolts will still stradle the principle CL of the pipe.
i.e. They will treat the line (running NW) as though it was running
north and orientate the boltholes either side of that.
