As far as I know, Mr. Nayyar does not read this group's messages on a regular basis.
The PipingDesign website features his book because it is widely regarded as a major publication that is most useful for piping engineers and designers.
I don't think any association between PipingDesign.com and the Piping Handbook should be made (Disclosure: PipingDesign.com promotes the book via a relationship through a major American book vendor).
Mr. Nayyar *is* involved somewhat with PipingDesign.com, but it is at his discretion.
