Fire Water Tank Upgrade Solution

[This is a bit of a cheat: you have to bring in a temporary pump and do some hot taps]

• extend piping 10' beyond existing tank diameter
• create ring base of 5' larger diameter than tank
• ring the tank up to its total height, creating/welding an outer shell
• scuba divers cut holes in existing tank
