Rakesh,

What type of service is your application that you need sleeves & bushing for support?
Is piping insulated?

In our practice (general service), we just use unistrut & unistrut clamps for horizontal
and vertical piping installation.

ed

Dear All,

I am having following query about CPVC Piping -

For supporting of CPVC pipe, we provides the CS Sleeves with Rubber Bush and support the line on sleeve. Now when line goes in vertical direction, though we put sleeve and support it on that sleeves, still there is tendency of pipe to deflect downward (or u can say slide downward through sleeve) due to it's weight as material is plastic. How to restrict that movement? will it be good to provide either Full Coupling or Break Up Flange before the first sleeve (in downword direction) or between two sleeves mounted on vertical Spool?

I request the experts among all to suggest!

regards,
rakesh
