Exactly, that's another consideration. The web is supposed to be all about free access to information, so targetting businesses is probably the way to go.

As you (and I already) mentioned, it wouldn't be fair to deny resources simply because of inability to pay. Plus, having money does not necessarily equate to excellence in a particular field of study.

Chris has sent an interesting idea to me that hopefully we'll talk about later on the list.
