Thermal expansion coefficients for low carbon steel backed to 20 years ago, B31.1

If anybody here has an access to the historian B31.1 code, please help me to find out data of thermal expansion coefficients for low carbon steel in or before 1982. I need it for an assessment on a HEP program of power plant project.
