Re: Flange bolt-holes orientation

It has very little thing to do with Bechtel or Shell spec (hell ive been exposed to both of them and some worldlcass company such as the Aramco SAES,or the ExxonMobil Engineering Guide are even btter)

Straddling the boles holes N/S would facilitate the fab/erection of the pipe spool a lot quicker. For one thing, checking the level would be a breeze.
