There is a company here in the UK called "Subterra" (www.subterra.co.uk).
They have various liner based solutions for any type of corroded pipelines
and have successfully completed various major projects in the UK both
onshore and offshore. They may be able to put you in contact with someone
using their licences down your way.
Their website is definitely worth a look as a minimum.
