Well I dont know if I can fill the positions below, but I think you need a couple more:
Gopher : able to find anything in an unbelievably short time. Without one of these, any project is doomed.
Expeditor/Goods Controller: Able to accelerate equipment deliveries and knows whats in, whats out, whats on the way, when, where, con note numbers and whats been promised but will never arrive. Worth their weight in saffron. Knows the equipment list backwards while inverted in a shark tank.
Supersec: Steely gaze can wither the toughest salesman within 5 minutes. The gate. To know more about this creature requires one to be nearer god than I am. Likes flowers.
Handyman: can paint, drive forklift + 500T crane, weld titanium and pick up cigar butts. Knows everyone and their family.
Without these pivotal personnel, any project will not run smoothly.
Fortunately, they just tend to appear rather than be the result of a recruitment drive.
