Well I dont know if I can fill the positions below, but I think you need a couple more:

Gopher : able to find anything in an unbelievably short time. Without one of these, any project is doomed.

Expeditor/Goods Controller: Able to accelerate equipment deliveries and knows whats in, whats out, whats on the way, when, where, con note numbers and whats been promised but will never arrive. Worth their weight in saffron. Knows the equipment list backwards while inverted in a shark tank.

Supersec: Steely gaze can wither the toughest salesman within 5 minutes. The gate. To know more about this creature requires one to be nearer god than I am. Likes flowers.

Handyman: can paint, drive forklift + 500T crane, weld titanium and pick up cigar butts. Knows everyone and their family.

Without these pivotal personnel, any project will not run smoothly.

Fortunately, they just tend to appear rather than be the result of a recruitment drive.

The agency is accredited by the Ministry of Labour, Government of India and has been licensed to place Engineers, Manpower for Pipeline / Maintenance / Road works projects for Overseas jobs since last 25 years. The aim of this alliance would be to outsource Qualified and Professional Engineers, Manpower personnel's to above countries. Following are the requirements for Malaysia, Brunei and Muscat for personnel’s for Oil & Gas, Refinery industrial and Plant Pipeline Project : -

1. Structural Analysis Engineers: - Able to execute structural Analysis calculation & Procedures. (i.e.-place Analysis, stress/stability Analysis, Lifting & load-out procedure, etc.)
2. Structural Detailing Design Engineers: - Able to produce fabrication drawings, MTO, COG etc.
3. Mechanical Design Engineers: - Able to design pressure vessel, Tank & similar equipment. Well verse on vessel design software (i.e. Ceasar, etc) Able to produce fabrication drawings, MTO, COG etc Knowledgeable/experience on rotating equipment (i.e. pumps, hoist, compressor, etc.)
4. Piping Design Engineers: - Able to produce design & fabrication drawings, MTO, COG, Hydrotest drawings etc. Knowledgeable on pipe routing, Isometric drawing, etc.
5. Electrical & Instrument Engineers: - Able to produce design & fabrication drawings, MTO, COG, logic diagrams instrument hook-up transmittion drawings etc. Knowledgeable on Internation codes & standards. (i.e.Ansi, Iec, Bs.etc) Knowledgeable /experience on DCS, SDS, FGS.LAN.PA/GA, Commication system etc.
6. Interface Managers: - Experience in Design / Constr. Multi. EPC Contracts.
7. Design Co-ordinator: - Experience Multi Design, Oil & Gas Separation train.
8. QA/QC Engineer
9. Pipeline Engineer
10. Planning Engineer
11. Welding Inspector
12. Painting Inspector ( British Gas Approved )
13. HSE Advisor
14. Safety Officer
15. Construction Manager: - 10 years exp in Road with Gulf.
16. Senior Project Engineer: - 5 years exp in Road with Gulf.
17. Land / Road Surveyor: - Familiar with Total Station.
18. Soil Lab Technicians
19. Civil Draftsmen
20. Mechanical Draftsmen.
