You absolutely have to have an engineer do these for you. The codes require this and the laws of every country enforce the codes.
It is MUCH TOO DANGEROUS to be playing around with these when you clearly dont understand the issues.
People will definitely get injured or worse killed if you try to do this out of your depth.
PLease take what I am telling you here seriously. I hope everybody else will also pay attention. This is NOT a TRIVIAL matter.
This is how serious failures and accidents occur.
