Spectacle Blinds-10,000#

Dear Friends,

Can anybody advise me in finding the lengths of XTRA long bolts required for 10,000# piping (on shore well head piping).I was not able to find out the thickness of spectacle blinds used in this piping.Also API 6A does not talk about spectacle blinds.
Is there any other source where I'll get the thickness of spectacle blinds for this application.
