Hello, friends,<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" />

Use of Teflon plates (insert between pipe saddle and pipe) recommended in cases where frictional resistance needs to be reduced. However there is no necessity to provide the same in present case / dissimilar materials (pipe and its support) as there will be point / line / surface contact.

In this case, you can lay the pipe directly on the supporting structrure.

with regards,

Hi, guys...
Can Anyone help me ? I have pipe line SS duplex material that supported by carbon steel material.
Might I lay down directly conntacted Pipe line on support without inserting additional difference material ( ie. teflon ) to avoid touching each other?
