The $35, is that just for access to the website or is that the fee to Join the SPED organization? What are the benefits of joining SPED? It looks to me that the website has not been updated in quite a while. Any information you can provide will be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

SPED has some great tech stuff at their site but sometime during the
past
year (?) access to the technical info was changed to be for members only
($35US/year).
