RE: PURIFIED WATER SYSTEM (ASME BPE-2002) [bcc][faked-from]

Every time someone is involved in a "high purity water" project, I have to ask, first, what they mean by high purity water. If it is high-purity deionized, say 10-15 megohm or better (and temperature, velocity, and other issues also have impact, so much lower quality water can also have similar problems), be aware of the high corrosivity of the water. materials become a major issue.

Importance: Low

I am designing a high purity water system and generation building; I am design to ASME BPE-2002. Can anybody give me any information on any pitfall I may incur things to watch out for; handy links to useful information or validation issues witch may arise after construction
