ASME BPVC 1965 Editions

Does any know the main difference between current editions and 1965 ed for ASME BPVC code, Section I. What my concerns are the header wall thickness calculation for SA-106 material, including the formula, allowable stress, ligament eff., etc.

It appears that Sec II was created in 1992, and what I had got for the design stress of SA-106, which was attached to Sec VIII 1965 Ed main body, were significantly different with the pre-1999 Sec II.
