Ali,

The platform I am doing the water hammer analysis for is using Zeron 100 for the sea water lines. There is no reason that PE lined CS couldnt be used.

No. we have not tried the PE lines CS, actually I forgot to mention that I
work in the offshore. we have LP and HP fire system the HP max pressure reaches up to 120 psig. The problem is with the cement lining when it gets
break it become very susceptible to leak where salt water meets the SC pipe.
