I built one several months ago which worked, but I have not compared its actual to design performance.
The references that I used were:
"Simple Jet Pump Design" by RHB Forster, an article from British Chemical
Engineering magazine dated May 1956
"Pump Handbook" by Karassik et al, McGraw Hill, Chapter 4
Some internet site which gave prices, some dimensions and performance for water jet ejectors. I dont think it was Koerting but you may want to google them anyway.
Unfortunately my design notes are "buried" under a tonne of other files.

From memory, I reverse engineered the solution, as we all do from time to time.
