Example 5 on page 4.19 deals with air. What is the problem?

Thanks. I have the copy of Karassik infront of me. From page 4-2 to 4-19 , it is all water ejectors, but How to correlate the fluid flow rate in cubic meter per hour with the non-condenseables flow. There is something which I am missing in understanding the whole thing.

I have allready been to this site noted some information. Its "Inquiry for Water Jet" is very informative. But even then same as stated earlier.
