You are absolutely right. As I had submitted in the mail, its been a long long time since. For sure, the info should be discrete. I actually mentioned the wrong key in place of Control. It is probably the 'Apple' key that helps perform a couple of shortcuts. Am I right. Correct me, pl.

That's another potential issue; make sure the ISP is Mac-friendly and has good techs. If you're using Windows and she has a problem and calls you for help, you may not be able to walk her through the solution.
