Hello Everybody,
There is this is a problem that I am facing. In one of our vessel trim instruments, the fittings connecting the nozzle of the tank to a a level gauge is quite a lot.
And so we proposed the use of a Reducing Hexagonal Bush (Male Threads)instead of a swage whose minimum length would be (75- 100 mm). We see that a Hex. Bush would be much smaller in length and its primary reason would be to reduce the length of the of the fittings connecting the nozzle to the Instrument.

So my questing is does anybody know where i can information on a Reducing Hexagonal Bush (A Dimensional Catalogue would be helpful.)

Thanx in advance
Thanks for the info on gaskets for which i asked in my earlier mail.

Regards
