A nice, helpful lady from a seed funding organization (for TV documentary production) returned my phone call today. The next step to make this concept a reality is now clear.

mathematical geeks and theoretical physicists! Then, along came: H.G. Wells, E.E.(Doc) Smith, PhD, and that showboat, Carl Sagan. You think computer programs aren't hot/sexy - go to a "Matrix" movie. And, your basic engineering/tech guy - McGyver on TV.

have an IQ greater than 80, and who would rather see something built rather than tearing down. We may be in the minority, but both the Romans and British showed that a few well trained can overcome undisciplined masses. Besides, as Bill Cosby said, if we want to take over, just shut down the sewer plants for a couple of days. (Speaking of necessary but unglamorous piping jobs!)
