Hello everybody,
thanks a lot, for all your advice and help. Well I am not too old and have merely
1.5 years experience in plant design and related procurement activities for petroleum industries .The process engineering portion also interests me.

So my question was basically directed towards plant design. From what i hear from other sources, knowledge is gained in this field through experience rather than education.
