SPED (Society for Piping Engineers and Designers) links to Piping Design Central on their main page:

Personally, I find their site hard to navigate through, but maybe if you pay their membership fee things are easier. I seem to recall that spedweb.com used to have a lot of free info available.

SPED is a Houston-based organization that offers courses and videotapes relating to piping design. They have many big company sponsors and board members that are important people in the engineering business.

But they are not #1 if one searches for piping design.
