Actually, he was looking for RTRP Thermosetting Resin and NOT Thermoset Resin Piping Specifications. International standards can be ASTM D2996. Also ASME/ANSI B31.3 has a complete section on non-metallic piping. Pressure and temperature ratings for FRP are specified by the manufacturer.

Shabbir, although not an international standard, and not necessarily exactly what you are looking for, try ASME standard RTP-1-2000, for "Reinforced Thermoset Plastic Corrosion Resistent Equipment".
