ADMIN: Message Moderation

All new members to this discussion list are moderated. This means that their messages sent to the list need to be approved (this is done to prevent spamming the other ~746 people on the list).

It is possible that long-time members have changed email addresses and have automatically been placed on moderated status even though they have been reading the list for a long time.

Messages sent to the list are not routinely censored or edited for content, so don't get the idea that the only messages you see here are somehow filtered so that you only see what "we" want you to see. It is quite possible that some people remain on moderated status even though they have contributed valuable posts in the past. Feel free to point this out to me privately and I'll adjust your settings appropriately. It is easy enough to back check through the archives.
