The only problem I can foresee is that those that remain on moderated status will be reluctant to post if it takes me 12 hours to review and approve their messages (I.E., "I have something to add, but by the time my submitted message gets through, other will already have said the same thing.")

I'll see how flexible the new job is regarding monitoring list submissions; maybe it can be worked-in but I don't want to be goofing-off on the web too much.
