Dear Paul,
Standards are usually copyright stuff and a rider states that permission is
required before publishing or circulating any part thereof. In India, even
taking out copies of standards owned by you is not permitted.
However, your valuable derivations, thumb rules and inferences can be circulated. You may please check out the stuff you want to let loose, in order to safeguard your own interests. We shall readily pounce upon it once out.
Regards,

No "secret stuff" though, just documents accumulated over 20 years or so that most piping designers have already. I figure I'd have to PDF them all.
Any legal qualms out there?
Paul
