Siva,

That problem is easily solved.

Put instruments on the compressor to record everything that is important. At the inlet and discharge of every stage record pressure, temperature and if possible flow. Record volts and amps and every single signal that leads the machine to trip. In fact measure and record everything you can. To measure is to KNOW. The next time it trips you will heaps of information which you can use to analyse the problem. Regards,

Dear All,

we have problem in CO2 Compressor often. After starting 10 min or max 2hr. it works & after that it trips. Can anyone give some suggestions to improve
this.We are getting the CO2 Gas from rotary Kiln gas stream.Ours is cement industry.

I hope Somebody can help me on this regard.
