SIF on elbow weldolet

Hi
Im working on the flexibility analysis of a pipe On one of the conections I have
An 24 in diameter elbow and inserted an 16 in diameter weldolet.

On my FEA software I can represent as a Tee and a reduction, but I dont know the values that I need to assign for SIF.

On ANSI B31.3 dont represent this type of conection
