my data shows corrosivity rate higher at 75% (givn absence of addition of
water) for handling

I am looking at a pH correction system for a wastewater treatment
plant. Occasional alkaline "event" inflows require an acid dosing /pH
correction system to be installed to keep the downstream bio-systems
alive and well.
At present the inflow is around 70l/s minimum. I will need to dose at
about 10cc/sec based on 98% H2SO4, although for handling reasons this
will probably be changed to around 75%.
I envisage "dribbling" the acid into the inflow through a plastic
quill with no special arrangement made for mixing or heat dissipation.
However some detail design will be required to validate this approach.
Before I commence the detail design of the mixing area, I thought it
may save some time by asking if any of you guys have done this, what
works, what doesnt etc.
