This layout is very similar to my logo which features a similar high local stress problem, not solved by oversimplified methods. what you are doing is a very bad design. The tool you are using is inappropriate
and will not come anywhere close to giving you a correct answer. You are trying to use a beam element analysis for a high serious local stress issue. The tool is specifically not intended for such applications which is why it is not provided as a "pushbutton" or built-in option. Even the configuration/layout is bad.
You unquestionably must engage the services of someone who knows what they are doing unless you wish to hurt/injure someone , cause huge plant losses or worse kill somebody.
