Dear Syam
Why dont you use some of the software like AutoPIPE demo which is functional to give you all the values once you model a small pipe system with bend incorporated. It may not give you the formula but you get values of stress and allowable stress in the report after analysis. The logic of calculating stresses at bend is defined in details in the help provided under the software.
