Branching from Pipes

Thanks a lot for your collaboration on the subject issue and your invaluable hints.
I was a little bit anxious about ,if my notes are received by the group or not ,since
there was no reaction on my previous ones ,one of which was a suggestion of making a
chat room by the name of the group ,if you remember. Anyway for the tough managerial system we are facing we have decided to follow the contract as follows
1-Same as header size and two size below Tee and reducing tee up to 24" 2-Saddle connection or direct pipe to pipe or stub in/stub on or whatever you call it is allowed for 24" size and over for cooling water. 3-For all process services standard fittings shall be used for branch connections
4-making use of reinforcement pads shall be minimised and instead,self reinforced fittings shall be used.
5-For utility services except for LPS we also make use of saddle connctions. And for your information ,and a friend who was thinking of a 36" pipe size as a vessel ,the largest cooling water line size in this project is 104".
