Very High Pressure Piping - Limitations of Codes and Software

Hi all,

I've recently been asked to performe a flexibility analysis as follows:

       Pipe OD: 4"
       Pipe ID: 1.1/2"
       Pressure: 40.000 PSI
       Material: High Alloy Steel

My general thoughts up to now:

I believe ASME B31.X codes won't work up to this pressure (but i'm not sure).
I'm very unconfortable with the idea of using Caesar II to perform this calculation.
I'm probably end up using Algor.
How about plastic deformations? Creep? Geez...
