Allowable external nozzle forces for ESP.

Hello,
Is there any standard / code which provides allowable external nozzle forces on the electrical submersible pumps (ESP) of well heads? Something like clause 5.5 of API 610.

I went through API RP11S2, RP11S3, RP11S4 but could not find anything.
