LIQUID HOLD UP CALCULATIONS IN PIPELINE OF 3 PHASE FLOW

Good Day

I am working on an assignment to calculate the liquid Hold-up in a 12" dia & 85,000 ft long pipeline that handle three phase flow i-e condensate, water & gas. Any body know about manual calculation or a software that can calculate it.
