Further to Gordon's comments, we have used similar devices over the years and I am sure that in recent times (last 12 months say) that I have had a brochure come across my desk on measuring equipment that is perhaps capable of your request. As a starting point perhaps a couple of phone (if you haven't already) calls to a scientific instrument manufacture may give further direction as to what is available for hire or purchase. I am sorry but I do not recall the make of instrument that the brochure I say contained.
