You need of course detailed composition for 3 phase calculations and hold up.as well as hydraulics .a good software is PIPESYS,which comes either part of Hysys package..or as a separate program ,the company is (NEOTEC) There are ofcourse many text books that tackle 2-Phase flow (liquid-gas )..You can start with GPA ( Gas Processors Association ) Handbook
