guidance needed

Hi there,

I need some help in understanding a few things related with piping analysis. If anyone could provide information as to where i could get guidance material with regards to the moment calculation in pipe stress analysis. Solved examples would be even better.

I have a problem in understanding how the moment is calculated for a piping layout. I have gone through the ASME B31.3, Pipe Stress Analysis by SAM KANAPPAN, but still am not clear as to how the moments are calculated.

Regards Deepak.
